In addition to his litigation and trial work, Steve’s practice includes wills, trusts, probate, Medicaid planning, guardianship, powers of attorney, and advanced directive planning, including living wills and health care surrogate designations.

Jason Lopp has focused his practice on representing financial institutions, major corporations, family businesses and individuals. Licensed to practice in both Indiana and Kentucky, his practice includes real estate litigation, commercial real estate transactions, zoning, construction, general litigation, business planning and risk management matters.
Gary Banet

Gary is licensed to practice law in both Indiana and Kentucky. He concentrates his practice in estate planning, estate and trust administration, estate and trust litigation, guardianships, elder law and special-needs planning. Gary earned his J.D. from the University of Louisville, Louis D. Brandeis School of Law, and formerly practiced law at Bingham Greenebaum Doll and Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs.
Dana Eberle

Dana is a native of Southern Indiana and is deeply devoted to Kentuckiana. After spending most of her life in Floyds Knobs, she has also lived in Greenville, New Albany, and Georgetown. Allowing Dana to become familiar with every town of Floyd County. She oversees the Family Law practice area for CLLB, and she firmly believes that helping families is her destiny.
Marc Tawfik

Marc is a Kentucky native, having lived and worked in the state the majority of his life. He is a licensed attorney in Kentucky and Indiana, and his focus is on trial work, including civil litigation and criminal defense. He has represented a wide variety of clients, and he is committed to putting his clients’ needs first.

Christopher L. Byrd was born in New Albany and raised in Corydon, IN. Chris is licensed to practice law in Indiana and Kentucky. He specializes in business law, estate planning, probate, real estate and governmental law. He has served as the Harrison County Attorney since 2013 and the Town of Corydon Attorney since 2011.

Laurie Goetz Kemp, focuses her employment law practice on assisting and defending employers in human resource and employment law matters. Laurie assists clients with implementing proactive and effective strategies for handling day-to-day employment issues including disciplinary matters, terminations, investigations, and policy review.
Bridget Cantrell

A native of Georgetown, IN, Bridget Cantrell earned her JD from Michigan State University College of Law and is licensed to practice in both Indiana and Kentucky. Bridget comes from a business background, having spent six years as the Director of Technology for the Port of Louisville. Bridget now focuses primarily on estate planning, probate, succession planning, and adult guardianships. However, she is also well-versed in representing landlords through the eviction process and any other form of landlord-tenant dispute.
